I had reached out to her in the middle of my renovation process when I found the stress overwhelming and needed professional help. I provided her with mood boards of the style I was after, and she was able to provide me with several options within different budgets.

She visited the property several times and even came with me to various appointments with different providers to help me make my decision. She was extremely personable and really understood what my vision was for the space. On a number of occasions, I had to video call her and ask for last-minute furniture options/placements due to contractors' availability and she always made herself available, despite personal commitments.
